  • Schedule:
  • Three to four training sessions/week averaging 5-7 indoor hours/week on turf prime time during fall and winter, and 6-8 outdoor hours/week on turf prime time during the summer and spring.
  • In addition, the player gets an additional 7 to 8 hours per week home training that is custom tailored to his areas of improvement and it get revised every 90 to 120 days depending on player progress.
  • Prime time training between 6:00PM and 9:00PM depends on age 
  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays year around.
  • All training take place at ISC home turf field – at 5735 Rose Cherry Place. Mississauga. Paramount Turf Field 1
  • During the fall and winter seasons, for development teams only,  one of the 3 training sessions/week may be Futsal scheduled training at a school Gym.  
  • All home games take place at ISC home turd field – at 5735 Rose Cherry Place. Mississauga. Paramount Turf Field 1

 

  • Coaches and Staff:
  • Paid National licensed coaches.
  • Professional Coaches from Argentina, Brazil, Portugal and England.
  • UEFA A and UEFA B and National License Coaches
  • CPR certified staff on duty.

 

  • Fees Include:
  • Two private or semi-private sessions with our Club Nutritionist to map out the nutrition plan for the player throughout the year.
  • Technical development training that is structured by over Technical Director and implemented by our Technical Managers and Coaches on the ground.
  • Club Physiotherapist that get engaged in the injury diagnosis sessions before and during treatment
  • Sports Psychologist that works with the player through his recovery plan from injury.
  • Local tournaments including Ontario cup.
  • Player Evaluation as a check point to where we are and where we need to be for each player.
  • Club dietitian/nutritionist session for diet recommendation for each player.
  • Physiotherapist session for player treatment
  • Team Psychologist for players post injury and game trauma  
  • Goalkeeper specific training twice a week.
  • Club Scholarship.
  • Club Scouts.

 

  • Program details:
  • Provincial, National and USA Pro/University showcase tournaments in addition to Competitive Leagues year round.
  • Ontario Cup.
  • The Program will incorporate Indoor Fall and Winter Seasons and Outdoor Spring and Summer Seasons.
  • Operational cost included (OS, insurance fees, facility rental. League fees)
  • Club Uniform Package not included (2 uniform sets, track jacket, club bag, two Practice sets) upgrades and upsizing included as needed
