Rep Competitive Coach U8 to U18

Competitive Coaching Part time

The ISC is looking to fulfill the Part Time Position of Rep Competitive  Soccer Coaches. Reporting to the Technical Director, the successful candidates shall be conducting the following:

Scope

  • Live in Mississauga, Milton or Brampton
  • Has strong desire and experience working with children
  • Has a Solid soccer experience as a player and hopefully as a coach or as a volunteer coach.
  • Be able to commit to set hours /week.
  • Be reliable, patient, and out-going
  • Has passion for sports and physical activity
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
  • Has a car
  • Has a clean Police Check

Qualification

  • Coaching Licenses are preferable but no mandatory
  • Keep parents and players engaged and connected to the team.
  • Follow the Soccer development curriculum and focus on player development.
  • Coordinate and manage team, players and parents.
  • Offer fun, creative & enjoyable drills to your team
  • Interact with parents, give feedback on children’s abilities, and provide suggestions to improve their skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Available to work set evenings Schedule
  • Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

Package:

This is a Part-time position with very Attractive base pay plus Team standing Bonus. 

Ontario Soccer coaching certificates that are awarded by the Coach during his employment with the club shall be reimbursed back to the coach after 24-30 months (depends on the licenses) from the date of his certificate. Receipts or prove of payment by the coach must be provided.

Two Outbound Sales Representatives

The ISC is looking to fulfill the fulltime Position of Outbound Phone Sales Representative. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidates shall be conducting the following:

Scope

  • Call current and existing clients to cross sell and upsell.
  • Cold calling potential clients offering them our different services. .
  • Keep track of all the outcome of every phone call.
  • Close the sales and move it to collection.
  • Manage all spreadsheets and databases of clients.
  • Submit monthly progress reports to the BOD.

 

Qualification

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in inbound and outbound Sales.
  • Successful track record in sales
  • University Degree would be an asset.
  • Successful track records of achieving and exceeding your Sales Quotas
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Clean Police Check.
