The International Soccer Club high-performance camp is designed to work on every key aspect of the game and provide players with an integral and comprehensive training program, following the modern football philosophy and methodology.
This is a technical, tactical, physical, and mental training for 5 days Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 4:00PM. The training will incorporate:
- 5 Head Technical coaches, one for each age group : (U8-U10 / U11 & U12 / U13 & U14 / U15+)
- Physical conditioning sessions, with a physical trainer, aimed at improving players’ strength, speed, agility, and endurance.
- Technical training on fast ball control, passing, receiving and movement in addition to aerial footwork training.
- Tactical movement off and on the ball. High path in small /medium spaces to improve decision making.
- Muscle memory training on advanced movments off and on the ball.
- Tactical set pieces designed for each playing line (Goalies, Defenders, Midfields, and forwards).
- In class Game watching analysis.
- In class professional development workshops sessions to cover important topics such as injury prevention and the value of proper nutrition and training and games recovery
- Video-analysis and in session analysis for each player to determine the areas for improvement.
- Closing meeting with player performance report and layout next steps in her/his playing career
- Skill level: Intermediate, advanced, or elite
- Additional Football Education: Seminars, competitions, recovery sessions, and injury prevention practices
- Students per training group: 10-1 player to head technical coach ratio.
